We will schedule viewings and accompany you. If you're still abroad, we can also do a video call.

4. Negotiations

We will handle the negotiations with the rental agency/landlord to secure favorable terms for you.

5. Paperwork

We provide the rental agency with all the necessary documents and carefully review the rental contract for you.

6. Keys & inspection

We accompany you during the key exchange and make an initial inspection report to identify pre-existing damages.

7. Utilities & moving

We help you with setting up the contracts for GWE + internet and support with tasks like painting, wallpapering and flooring if needed.

8. Ongoing support

We remain your first point of contact for any questions or concerns that you may have anytime during your tenancy.
