On average, it takes about 10–14 days from the first intake call to signing a rental contract. However, this depends on your budget, preferences, and the housing market. Sometimes we secure a home within just 1–2 days thanks to our network and access to off-market listings.

Our standard housing service fee is one month of rent on a no-cure-no-pay basis (min. €1.495). Pricing for additional relocation services is available on request. Furthermore, we offer reduced prices to (employees of) all our corporate partners.
