After two weeks of searching for housing on our own with no luck, we turned to Goodman Relocation, and Quincy was incredibly helpful. He took the time to understand our preferences, and just a week later, he presented us with ten properties to choose from, five of which we really liked. A few days after that, he arranged viewings for two houses on the same day. We loved both, got approved for both, and were able to choose the best option for us!This is all thanks to Quincy. He has great connections with local real estate agents and managed all the details smoothly. On top of that, he helped us set up all our utilities and shared a lot of useful tips about living in the Netherlands. I highly recommend his services, especially if you are looking for a place for the first time or moving from abroad. Turning to Quincy is the best decision you can make!

Very good services! Excellent communication! After a short meeting, Quincy, who has taken responsibility of my case, understood perfectly my needs. He managed to find me, my wife and my dog a nice apartment in Eindhoven in two weeks. And all the procedures have been made remotely, while we were abroad(on our home in Greece).

I can't say enough good things about Quincy. Before I found him, I had gone to another relocation company that took my money upfront and, after three months, still hadn't found me anything. I was frustrated and running out of time. With Quincy, everything changed: I had signed for my apartment within a month.

From our very first conversation he made me feel like I was in good hands. He listened carefully to what I needed and never lost sight of it, always with patience and a genuine warmth that made the whole process feel far less stressful. He went above and beyond in ways I didn't expect, even offering me rides to and from the apartments we viewed, which was such a thoughtful gesture and a real lifesaver.

His network in the Eindhoven housing market is impressive, and it opened doors to places I would never have found on my own.
What I also really appreciated is that you only pay once you've actually signed for an apartment. After my earlier experience, that meant a lot. It shows he's confident in what he does and that his priority is finding you a home, not collecting a fee.

For expats especially, Quincy is a gem. He understands how overwhelming it can be to navigate a new city and an unfamiliar rental market, and he guides you through every step with care and clarity. I felt supported, informed, and looked after the entire way.
If you're looking for a home in Eindhoven, Quincy is the person to call. I'm so grateful for everything he did for me.

Quincy has been a huge help throughout the entire process, from helping me find a place and guiding me through the contract signing to continuing to support me even after everything was finalized.

He has been incredibly understanding, responsive, and helpful throughout the whole process, and I really appreciate all of his support.

I cannot recommend Quincy and Goodman Relocation highly enough! Moving to a new country is overwhelming, but Quincy made the entire process feel effortless and stress-free.

From day one, Quincy went above and beyond to help me settle into Eindhoven. He found me a fantastic apartment, and his knowledge of the local market was invaluable. But what truly sets him apart is the comprehensive support he offered beyond just housing, he helped me register with a GP and dentist, set up my Dutch bank account, and navigate the KVK registration process. Every bureaucratic hurdle that could have taken me weeks to figure out on my own was handled smoothly and efficiently, thanks to Quincy's expertise and dedication.

Quincy is incredibly professional, warm, and genuinely invested in making sure you feel at home. He was always available to answer questions, big or small, and his patience and thoroughness gave me real peace of mind during what can be a very stressful transition.

If you're relocating to the Eindhoven area, do yourself a favor and work with Quincy, you'll be in the very best hands.

Excellent service, 100% recommended.
I was looking for an apartment in Eindhoven starting in May, and Goodman Relocation managed everything perfectly while fully meeting my criteria.
The viewings were conducted via video calls, and Goodman Relocation kept me regularly updated throughout the entire search process.
They also helped me set up electricity, water, and internet in the apartment, which made the move completely stress-free.

I have nothing but good things to say about Quincy's work. He was really helpful in finding a place in Eindhoven and dealing with the several real estate agencies/landlords. Couldn't recommend more if you're new in the city coming from abroad!

I found a studio apartment in Eindhoven in just two weeks thanks to Quincy, and I am really very satisfied with his support. With the real estate market being particularly tight in the Netherlands, their help was invaluable in finding accommodation that met my criteria in such a short time.

He took care of the entire process: finding accommodation, organizing viewings—which were conducted via videoconference—managing documents, and providing support right up until the keys were handed over. I live and France and this allowed me to prepare for my move remotely, without having to travel, which made the process much simpler and more flexible.

His professionalism and efficiency made the search for accommodation much less stressful. I highly recommend Goodman Relocation to anyone looking to move to Eindhoven.

Excellent service delivered on time.
I was looking for an apartment from France in order to move to Eindhoven within one month. Goodman Relocation handled all the necessary steps and, despite the challenging housing market, managed to find an apartment that fully met my criteria within my deadline.
They took care of everything, from the search and viewings to the final handover of the keys.
They were also very helpful in estimating the total housing costs (water, electricity, gas, internet) and answering various questions related to life in Eindhoven.
The apartment perfectly matches my expectations, and I am very satisfied with their support.
