1. Personal intake

We begin by discussing the wishes and requirements of your employee to define a clear profile that we will use during our search.

2. Property search

We start searching for properties inside and outside of our network, based on your employee’s wishes and requirements.

3. Viewings

We will schedule viewings and accompany your employee. If he/she is still abroad, we can also arrange a video call.

4. Negotiations

We will handle the negotiations with the rental agency/landlord to secure favorable terms for your employee.

5. Paperwork

We provide the rental agency with all the necessary documents and carefully review the rental contract on behalf of your employee.

6. Keys & inspection

We accompany your employee during the key exchange and make an initial inspection report to identify pre-existing damages.

7. Utilities & moving

We help your employee with setting up the contracts for GWE + internet and support with tasks like painting, wallpapering and flooring if needed.

8. Ongoing support

We remain the first point of contact for your employee for any questions or concerns that may arise anytime during the tenancy.
